KOZ Products combines Dutch manufacturing with full standard certification and technical expertise. All cable clamps are manufactured from glass fiber reinforced polyamide PA66 and are tested according to NEN-EN-IEC 61914:2021. 

We distinguish ourselves by delivering custom solutions where standard products fall short, through short communication lines with customers, and through extensive technical support. In addition, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified and have obtained the Lloyd’s Register Type Approval Certificate for the maritime and offshore market. 

KOZ cable clamps are suitable for all sectors where professional cable fastening is required. The main application areas are energy and electrical networks, offshore and maritime installations, railway infrastructure, and industrial production environments. 

The products meet the requirements for these sectors thanks to their mechanical strength, resistance to short-circuit currents, and resistance to UV radiation, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Many of our clamps are also suitable for ATEX zones. 

KOZ Products deliberately chooses glass fiber reinforced polyamide PA66 because this material offers the best combination of mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and environmental resistance. The material is specifically suitable for installations with high short-circuit currents. 

PA66 GF provides consistent performance across the entire product range. This means that all clamp series have the same material properties. The differences between products lie solely in dimensions and construction, not in material quality. 

Yes, all KOZ cable clamps are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The PA66 GF material is UV-resistant, moisture-resistant, and maintains its mechanical properties under various weather conditions.

The clamps are tested for temperature resistance, UV degradation, and moisture absorption according to NEN-EN-IEC 61914:2021. This makes them suitable for installations in open air, coastal areas, offshore platforms, and other challenging environments. 

Yes, all KOZ cable clamps are halogen-free and flame retardant. The PA66 GF material complies with the fire and halogen requirements as specified in the NEN-EN-IEC 61914:2021 standard. 

In case of fire, the clamps do not emit toxic or corrosive gases. This is essential for applications in utility buildings, tunnels, shipping, and other environments where fire safety is critical. All fire properties are tested and documented. 

KOZ cable clamps are designed for demanding industrial environments. They are resistant to a wide temperature range, UV radiation, moisture, chemicals, oil, and vibrations. All performance characteristics are validated according to NEN-EN-IEC 61914:2021. 

The PA66 GF material maintains its mechanical properties during temperature fluctuations and in corrosive atmospheres. The clamps are therefore highly suitable for maritime applications, chemical installations, offshore platforms, and other aggressive environments where standard fastening materials fail. 

Yes, KOZ Products B.V. is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This quality management system ensures consistent product quality, traceability, and continuous improvement of our processes.

Yes, all materials used by KOZ Products are RoHS and REACH compliant. This means that our products comply with European regulations for restriction of hazardous substances and chemical safety.

Yes, KOZ Products has obtained the Type Approval Certificate from Lloyd’s Register. This certification is specific to the maritime and offshore market and is recognized worldwide in the shipping and offshore industry. 

The Lloyd’s certificate confirms that our products meet the strict requirements for maritime applications. This includes performance under extreme conditions such as seawater, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical loads. The certificate is available upon request. 

All KOZ clamps are made from the same PA66 GF material and therefore have identical material properties. The differences between series lie in construction, dimensions, and the number of cables that can be fixed. 

The Single series (ST and STC) are for individual cables. The Trefoil series (TRI and TRI eco) are for three-phase cable bundles. The Square series fixes four cables. The Universal series (UNI and UNI TRI) can mount multiple cables in rows or layers. Each series has specific application specifications. 

Yes, most KOZ clamps can be stacked and placed next to each other. This applies to the ST, STC, TRI, TRI eco, and UNI series. The UNI blocks are specifically designed modularly for stacking in height and width. 

Stacking enables efficient space utilization in installations with many cables. When stacking, mechanical load and short-circuit currents must be taken into account. For advice on stacking configurations, you can contact our technical service. 

For ST, SQ, and TRI series, we maintain a maximum spacing of 0.7 to 0.9 meters. For UNI clamps, we recommend a maximum spacing of 33 centimeters between fixing points. 

These distances are based on standard installation conditions. With higher short-circuit currents or specific cable configurations, a smaller distance may be necessary. For an exact calculation, we need the outer diameter of the cables and the peak or nominal short-circuit current. Contact us for project-specific advice. 

Yes, KOZ Products can supply samples depending on the product and the requested quantity. Sample requests can be submitted via sales@kozproducts.com.
